The problem
The Client is a leader in the logistics market who had partnered with one of the world's largest online retilers.Prior to our engagement, the client was penalized regularly for missed SLAs due to lack of resource management and route optimization.
Our role
We identifed the need for data-driven approach in daily route planning, number of vehicles required and optimal assignment of shipments.
