The company now seeks to further empower its sales team with the introduction of AskFalcon, a cutting-edge tool designed to streamline data access, facilitate in-depth analysis, and drive informed decision-making, ultimately enhancing their competitive edge in the dynamic real estate market.

Gaps in the current system:

  • Existing system lacks an interactive, AI-driven interface, leaving valuable insights untapped and difficult to access.

Ganit engineered an AI-driven data analytics platform that empowers customers's sales team with real-time, AI-driven insights, revolutionizing their approach to data-driven decision-making in the competitive real estate market, leveraging AWS services.

The implemented architecture includes:

  • Amazon S3 buckets are coupled with AWS Lambda functions to automatically process and consolidate client data uploads. This ensures a seamless flow of incremental data into the master repository, eliminating manual intervention
  • AWS Glue jobs transform these uploads and load them into the AWS Data Catalog, creating structured, query-ready tables, laying foundation for analytics and reporting
  • Deployed on Amazon EC2, the solution leverages Amazon Bedrock's Haiku and Sonnet LLMs which are pre-trained and fine-tuned to company's specific real estate terminology and sales queries, enabling natural language interactions
  • User queries trigger the LLM-generated SQL statements, which are then executed in Amazon Athena. This produces precise data frames for further analysis
  • Python-based analytics engine transforms the query results into actionable insights and visualizations, which are presented through an intuitive user interface. This empowers the sales team with data-driven decision-making capabilities
